Traditional Fishtavern
“Stathakos” is a traditional fish tavern situated near the beach of Agios Basileios. The tavern opened fifty years ago, in 1963, and continues to operate to this day under the same management. During the summer you can sit in front of the sea, drinking ouzo and admiring the landscape, and in the winter you can go inside and eat by the fireplace. Every day you will find fresh local fishes, sardines, anchovies, smelts, squids, octopuses, sea breams, snappers, and other fish varieties. Besides fish, grilled meat and pasta are also served.
